Most of us know how to function in a traditional (spider) organization.
On the other hand, we are all new to this idea of a starfish organization. This is an organism that is decentralized but is held together by a common DNA. One connecting point is this blog. Last night we experienced another way of connecting through a conference call.
There were seven of us on the call. We represented MRTs in Colorado, New Mexico, California and (would you believe!) New Zealand. We had a great time sharing what we see God doing, what we are learning and video resources we have discovered about house churches. See below for some of the comments.

Peg Batcheller (New Mexico).Thanks John, for the call last night. As I reflect on the call, I see this as a type of extra-regional MRT that could really be helpful to me, and hopefully to others. The stories from others were very helpful. Thanks. Hope to be able to talk again next month or so.

1. Laying pipe! God is building the infrastructure in prep for the great move coming!

Hearing the voice of one another with candid interaction seems very important for us. We are a scattered bunch, which adds to the power of what the Lord is doing. It may be nice to take advantage of oovoo or some on-line forum at some point as well where we can see each other.
